22nd March 2014 - Iron Man starts at Frankston tomorrow. This is awesome. 3.8 km swim followed by a 180 km bike ride and finishes with a full 42 km marathon. (or as we knew it, 26 mile 385 yards) Come to the pier at 7:00 am
